May 20-31, 2008 the New York District is partnering with missionary Nancy Clark to help build seven tabernacles in 2008.  This project will be accomplished by teams who go to Zambia and do the physical work, and individuals and churches providing funds to purchase the necessary materials.
Nancy Clark tells us that Zambia is the nation chosen by the Southern African AG Alliance (SAAGA) to be the focus of a regional evangelism and church planting thrust throughout 2008.  The overall plan is in cooperation with affiliating AG churches in Zambia - Pentecostal AG, Zambia (PAOGZ), AG in Zambia (AOGZ), and Grace Mission Ministries International (GMMI).
The first team will build 3 or 4 tabernacles and take part in a leadership conference.  It will take more than one team to complete seven tabernacles!   More teams will be scheduled throughout the year.
Every church and individual can have a crucial part in this outreach to Zambia even if they can't go with a team!  New York has committed to give $50,000 to build seven tabernacles.  The materials will fill a large container that must be ordered and shipped by the end of February in order to be on site for the arrival of the first team.  If you are interested in making a donation, please send in your offering to the District office designated for the Zambia Tabernacles.
